I quickly discovered that HR and risk managers need legal advice that is understandable and reliable. That experience pushed me to a legal career and, for more than 40 years, I have been focused on providing legal representation to individuals, professionals, and businesses, along with their insurance carriers, in a variety of commercial and employment-related areas. In addition to providing advice to reduce or prevent potential legal disputes in business transactions and the workplace. I have extensive experience in the defense of litigated matters involving commercial transactions, products liability, discrimination, harassment, wrongful discharge, professional malpractice, truck and motor vehicle collisions, and workers compensation. I am one of four lawyers in the state of Arkansas to be inducted as a fellow in the College of Workers Compensation Lawyers as well as an active member of National Workers Compensation Defense Network, the Arkansas Self-Insurers Association and the Arkansas Bar Association. When I am not in the courtroom, you can find me waist deep in the North Fork River, chasing trout with a 4wt and a root beer midge, kicking back at my cabin or spoiling my granddaughter.
