About
As a partner in the Atlanta, Georgia, firm Kessler & Solomiany, LLC, Marvin L. Solomiany focuses his practice exclusively on family law. Matters that he handles include prenuptial agreements, high-income divorces, interstate child custody and support issues, and order modifications. He has represented numerous entertainers and athletes as well as corporate executives and professionals throughout Cobb, DeKalb, Fulton, Forsyth, Cherokee and Gwinnett counties. As an IFR rated pilot, Mr. Solomiany is also able to travel throughout Georgia to represent clients outside the Greater Atlanta Metropolitan area. After receiving a Bachelor of Arts with distinction from the University of Michigan in 1995, Mr. Solomiany attended Emory University School of Law and was awarded his Juris Doctor in 1998. Admitted to practice in Georgia, he is also admitted to practice before the U. S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, the U. S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States.
