Im Zachary West. I am an injury attorney based in Gainesville, Florida, and ready to help injured clients throughout the state. I advocate for people who have been hurt by someone elses carelessness. Whether the injury results from a car crash, a fall, or another source, I make sure I fully understand the clients story, who they are, what happened to them, and the full extent of what was wrongfully taken, including their health, their freedom to live without pain, their relationships, or their ability to fully enjoy their life. I was raised in South Florida, near the Everglades. I graduated with highest honors from the University of Florida with a degree in English, and with honors from UFs Levin College of Law. I am licensed to practice law in Florida state courts and am also a member of the Northern, Middle and Southern federal district courts in Florida.
