Robert A. Wohn

Berts practice focuses on commercial and civil litigation, including contract and construction disputes, corporate and employment issues, and matters involving real property and land use. Bert also represents numerous condominium and homeowners associations in connection with all manner of association-related concerns. In addition to his litigation practice, Bert has extensive transactional and regulatory experience following his time in-house with a global financial institution. In this previous role, Bert supported sales teams in New York and London through the negotiation and drafting of complex trade and credit support documentation to facilitate derivatives trading for private equity and multi-national corporate clients. A graduate of Stetson University, Bert attended law school at the University of Florida and is admitted to practice in Florida State Courts, Federal District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, and the United States Supreme Court. Bert is a past member of The Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division Board of Governors, as well as a past board member of the Volusia County Bar Association and the Young Lawyers Section of the Jacksonville Bar Association. Bert has also served as a member of the City of New Smyrna Beach Planning and Zoning Board.
