He represents clients in a wide variety of matters and his experience extends across every area of the firms practice areas. He counsels and represents businesses and individuals in matters involving corporate law, contracts, franchise rights, employment issues, member and shareholder issues, UCC, real estate, collections, probate and estate matters, foreclosures, and bankruptcy. He also represents individuals charged with OVI. In another significant part of his practice, he handles family law matters such as divorce, custody, support enforcement, and prenuptial agreements. He also has extensive experience in briefing and oral argument before courts of appeals in matters including business and commercial disputes, divorce, criminal law, OVI, and Constitutional law.
