I am a trial attorney at Barnes Trial Group, concentrating in personal injury law. My practice areas include: Personal Injury, Motorcycle Crashes, Trucking Crashes, Car Crashes, Wrongful Death, Medical Malpractice, Nursing Home Abuse, Driving & Boating Negligence, Brain & Spinal Cord Injuries, and Consumer Protection. I have tried cases ranging from medical-malpractice wrongful death to simple slip and fall negligence, and litigated a broad range of other personal injury matters. While I currently represent those who have been injured through no fault of their own, I previously spent a half-decade working for a storied Florida-based insurance-defense firm that represented many of the largest insurance companies and their insureds. Prior to that, I represented the people of the State of Florida as a prosecutor in Pinellas County, Florida, where I tried over 30 jury trials to verdict. I graduated with honors from the University of Florida, then received my law degree from Stetson University College of Law, the #1 ranked trial advocacy program in the nation, with a certificate in trial advocacy.
