Eric Weiss

Overview Eric is a Shareholder in Remingers Cleveland office. He is an experienced litigator whose practice encompasses a wide variety of business-related civil litigation. Eric has significant jury and bench trial experience and has argued before numerous Ohio appellate courts. Prior to joining the private sector in 2004, Eric was Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for the Criminal Division of the Cuyahoga County Prosecutors Office. During his tenure as an assistant prosecuting attorney, he prosecuted felony offenses ranging from low-level drug offenses to capital murder. Eric was recognized as a Rising Star by Ohio Super Lawyers Magazine in 2010 and 2012.
