Matthew Palnik

Matthew is a partner at Shapiro Marnecheck & Palnik Co., LPA. Matthew focuses his practice primarily in the areas of workers compensation, social security disability, and personal injury. Throughout his legal career, Matthew has represented injured workers before the Industrial Commission of Ohio. He has also tried cases in various common pleas courts and secured favored jury verdicts for clients. Matthew has argued cases in favor of injured workers before the Tenth District Court of Appeals, the Ohio Supreme Court, the United States District Court and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. Matthew also successfully obtains social security disability benefits for his clients. Matthew is a graduate of the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law at Cleveland State University, holds a masters degree from Cleveland State University and a bachelors degree from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. In his free time, Matthew enjoys music, Cleveland sports, and spending time with his kids.
