Yale Levy

An accomplished legal professional with more than 15 years of experience in the field, Attorney Yale R. Levy currently serves as an Attorney and Owner of Levy & Associates, LLC. A medium-size law firm based in Columbus, Ohio, Levy & Associates represents both local and national clients in areas such as accounts receivable management and creditors rights. Before starting his own practice in 2006, Mr. Levy worked as a Shareholder of Pope & Levy Co., LPA, a general practice firm offering services in estate planning, general litigation, creditors rights, and corporate concerns. Attorney Yale R. Levy became a licensed attorney in the state of Ohio in 1995, shortly after graduating from law school. He enjoys membership in a number of state and federal courts, including the United States Supreme Court Bar, the Ohio Federal Bar for the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Tax Court. Additionally, Yale R. Levy possesses a wealth of experience practicing in probate courts, municipal courts, and common pleas courts throughout the state of Ohio. In recognition of his accomplishments and expertise in the field of collections, Mr. Levy earned an appointment as special counsel to the Ohio State Attorney Generals Office. For more than five years, he has assisted the state of Ohio as it collects past due obligations. Attorney Yale R. Levy holds a J. D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. During his time as a law student, he completed an internship in the U. S. Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of Ohio under Judge Calhoun. Mr. Levy also holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Kelly School of Business at Indiana University, where he graduated magna cum laude.
