Sesser Stephen Kemmer

Steve is originally from Columbus, and he moved to Chillicothe in 2005. Prior to creating Benson & Sesser, LLC, he served as legal counsel for Taylor Lumber, Inc. in Portsmouth Ohio. During its peak, the company had over 300 employees and sales that exceeded $40,000,000. As legal counsel he managed many areas of operations, including Workers Compensation, human resource activities, safety programs, overseeing accounts receivables/payables, debt collection, maintaining company 401(k) and company health insurance plans, and working with any matters pertaining to OSHA, EPA, and the IRS. Steve utilizes these experiences to provide assistance to local businesses in our community. In addition, his practice is mainly focused on domestic relation matters, criminal law, and personal injury.
