Susan L. Hauske

Susan List Hauske is a Director with the firm, focusing her practice in civil defense litigation, insurance coverage disputes, premises liability and trial practice. Ms. Hauske also represents employers and insurance carriers in workers compensation matters and corporations in product liability and construction matters. After clerking with the firm, Ms. Hauske joined TR&P in 1997. Ms. Hauske earned her Bachelor of Sciences degree from the University of Delaware in 1995, graduating cum laude from the Honors Program. She graduated from Villanova University School of Law in 1998, and was admitted to practice in the State of Delaware that year. Ms. Hauske is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District Delaware, as well as the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Ms. Hauske is a member of the American and Delaware Bar Associations, Defense Counsel of Delaware and the Delaware Claims Association. She is also an inaugural member of the Randy J. Holland Delaware Workers Compensation American Inn of Court. She has spoken at many seminars regarding civil litigation practice and workers compensation.
