Adam C. Gerber

Adam grew up on a farm in the Midwest. He attended Wheaton College in Chicago where he met his wife, Danielle. Adam is a graduate of Villanova Law School (’04) where he also later obtained his Masters of Law (LL.M.) in Taxation. After law school, Adam served as a law clerk in the Delaware Superior Court in Kent County. Adam focuses his practice on Trust and Estate Planning and Estate Administration, Real Estate Law, and Business Formation and Advising. He currently serves as the Chair of the Delaware State Bar Association Taxation Section. Adam has previously worked for the law firm of Morris James in Wilmington, Delaware where he was a member of the Tax, Estates and Business Practice Group. He also worked with PNC Bank in their Delaware Trust Company. Adam and his wife, Danielle live in Middletown, Delaware with their three children. Adam and his family enjoy spending time at the beach, biking, and playing music.
