Timothy S. Ferry // Partner Mr. Ferry was born and raised in Wilmington, Delaware. He attended Salesianum School and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from the University of Delaware in 2006. While attending Widener Law School, he worked as a legal assistant for Ferry Joseph, P.A. in addition to serving as a legal intern for the Honorable Joseph R. Slights, III in the Delaware Superior Court. Upon graduation from Widener Law School in 2012, he was admitted to the Delaware Bar on December 12, 2012. Mr. Ferry primarily practices in the areas of elder law, guardianship (including contested matters), estate planning (wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives), and estate administration and probate.
