Liliana Elizondo

Ms. Elizondo is a native of Brownsville, Texas. She is proud of her Mexican-American heritage and grateful to have grown up in such a unique multinational community. She attended the University of Texas at Austin, from which she received her bachelor of arts and doctor of jurisprudence degrees. Ms. Elizondo was fortunate to be a freshman at the University of Texas when they won their fourth college football national championship. Since graduating from law school Ms. Elizondo has been practicing law in South Texas. Her experience includes a broad range of civil defense litigation, probate and estate administration, business formation and operation, and real estate matters. She takes pride in assessing a clients needs on a case by case basis to ensure that they will benefit from the work she does for them. Ms. Elizondo has proven herself to be a strong advocate for her clients in a variety of situations. In addition to her legal practice, Ms. Elizondo is actively involved in her community and is always happy to offer her time to a good cause. In the past she has performed volunteer work with the Cameron County Bar Association, served on the board of the Cameron County Young Lawyers Association for which she will be President in 2017, coached her nephews elementary school basketball teams, and provided support to local future Longhorns. She enjoys supporting local scholarship programs and attending fundraisers for institutions such as the Gladys Porter Zoo in Brownsville, Texas.
