Jason Schmidt

He has co-authored Update on Lawyer Conduct Issues for the Workers Compensation Lawyer, February (2003). He has presented various CLE courses in Texas addressing workers compensation and ethics. Jason has also presented updates on the new Oklahoma Workers Compensation Act and Rules, January (2014). Jason is married with two children. He is a member of Dallas Bar Association, Oklahoma Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas, and the State Bar of Oklahoma. Jason is licensed to practice before all Texas state courts; all Oklahoma state courts; as well as the Northern District Court of Texas and the United States Supreme Court.
