His experience includes sales of businesses, venture capital transactions, commercial real estate, intellectual property licensing, employee equity incentive structures, strategic partnerships between enterprises, and helping creative professionals make a living while pursuing their passion. Rex IV previously worked in what is now the Houston office of an AmLaw 100 firm, focused primarily on mergers and acquisitions in the energy sector. Rex IV is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and Texas.
