Kevin Davis Biography Kevin M. Davis is a partner in Wicker Smiths Jacksonville office where he focuses his practice primarily on general liability, construction, commercial litigation, and transportation matters. Kevin has been a litigation attorney for twenty years. Prior to joining Wicker Smith in 2024, he served as a partner at another prestigious Jacksonville law firm where he represented insurance carriers and self-insured businesses in premises liability and commercial trucking matters. He is also experienced in medical malpractice and personal injury defense, state sovereignty, commercial litigation, arbitration, insurance coverage and bad faith issues. Kevin attended the University of Georgia, where he majored in Political Science and was a Presidents List and Deans List scholar. He was also an active member of Alpha Kappa Lambda Social Fraternity and Pi Sigma Alpha Political Science Honor Society. Upon graduating, he continued his education at Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, Florida and earned his Juris Doctor, graduating with honors. Outside of practicing law, he enjoys spending time with his family and pets. He is admitted to practice in the state of Florida and is an AV Preeminent Peer-Rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell.
