Educational & Legal Background Caroline is a native of Blakely, Georgia and now resides in Twiggs County with her husband, Judson, and their two children. She graduated cum laude from Valdosta State University with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration in 2000. She then attended the Mercer University Walter F. George School of Law and graduated in 2005. Caroline was a member of the Mercer Law Review and Moot Court Board. Caroline is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the William Augustus Bootle Inn of Court, the American Association of Justice, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the Middle Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the Georgia Association of Women Lawyers, and the Macon Bar Association.
