Daniel Bass

Daniel Bass is an experienced litigator representing employees and former employees in all aspects of employment litigation. Daniel assists these employees in single-plaintiff and class action lawsuits in state and federal courts throughout California. Daniel has handled complex wage and hour class actions involving claims relating to unpaid wages, overtime, meal and rest breaks, misclassification, and improper wage statements. Daniel has also represented employees in disability, sexual, sexual orientation, and racial based discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims. Daniels practice has included representation of clients in multiple appellate cases in both the federal and state appellate courts throughout California. Recognition by his peers led to Daniels selection by Super Lawyers magazine as a Rising Star in 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024. Daniel attended Missouri State University and graduated summa cum laude in 2009 with a degree in Psychology. Daniel then attended Washington University School of Law in Saint Louis where he served on the Law Review as a Senior Editor and received his Juris Doctor degree in 2012.
