Scott Bjorseth

Scott Bjorseth is a partner in the firm. He has over 25 years of courtroom experience and an active litigation practice in both Missouri and Illinois state and federal courts. He has tried dozens of civil cases to verdict throughout the St. Louis metro area and Southern Illinois. He was licensed in Illinois in 1990 and Missouri in 1991. He spent the first 26 years of his practice at Hoagland, Fitzgerald & Pranaitis, before its attorneys joined Rynearson, Suess, Schnurbusch & Champion. Scott was active for several years with the Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel Trial Academy which allowed younger lawyers to participate in a mock jury trial from opening statements to closing arguments. He has also lectured to groups on the Illinois Code of Civil Procedure and Illinois Supreme Court Rules.
