Miguel A. Gonzalez

Miguel Gonzalez - Associate Miguel Gonzalez practices in the areas of construction litigation, design professional defense, commercial litigation, and insurance defense. Mr. Gonzalez has experience litigating commercial disputes, real estate matters, fraud claims, contractual disputes, appeals, and protecting the assets of clients in post judgment proceedings. He has represented businesses, insurance carriers, investors, and family offices in litigation, and counseled clients on a range of matters incidental to their operations. Mr. Gonzalez was born in Camaguey, Cuba, and was raised in Miami. He received his undergraduate degree from Florida International University and earned a Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law. He is a member of the Cuban American Bar Association. He is admitted to the Florida Bar and the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida.
