Prior to law school, he earned bachelors and masters degrees in English from the University of Toledo. He further honed his writing skills and ability to think on his feet by teaching collegiate English courses. Brandon is an experienced litigator, having handled innumerable cases arising from vehicle accidents, premises and products liability issues, contracts, construction defect, and insurance bad-faith matters. He has practiced in both state and federal Nevada courts, up to the Nevada Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Brandon spent 16 years of his career as an insurance defense attorney, defending parties of all sizes, from individuals to the largest corporations. He learned firsthand how insurance companies operate and evaluate cases but also how the legal process can leave individuals feeling lost and alone. He joined Ladah Injury & Car Accident Lawyers Las Vegas to assist clients through the legal process and to pursue his passion for justice by holding parties responsible for the personal injuries they cause. Brandon is universally respected in the Las Vegas legal community and his dedication to pro bono work earned him the Vince A. Consul Memorial Pro Bono Award from the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada in 2016.
