Kathleen M. Wade

Kathy was named one of Floridas 2015 Super Lawyers , is Co-Chair of the Intellectual Property Section for the Hillsborough County Bar Association, and served as the Intellectual Property Sections CLE Chair in 2012-13, and 2014-15. She is a member of the Florida Bar, the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Hillsborough County Bar Association, and the Federal Bar Association. Kathy has authored articles for the Hillsborough County Bar Associations Lawyer magazine, as well as for The Antitrust Litigator, and for Secured Signals, an industry publication for the telecommunications field and has given presentations on Patent and Trademark law.
