Jeff's practice is general civil litigation with a focus on professional liability defense (including insurance agent, real estate agent E&O work). His broader practice includes general negligence and product liability defense; trucking & transportation defense in personal injury; construction related litigation involving personal injury as well as contractual indemnity and construction defect claims; will contests and employment litigation on both sides of the docket; public entity defense in tort; and general commercial litigation in both Texas & New Mexico. He has successfully tried a wide variety of civil cases before juries in state and federal courts for more than 30 years.
