He is a 1992 graduate of the University of Texas School of Law and a 1989 graduate from the University of California at Berkeley with a degree in history. Bob is licensed to practice law in Texas and New Mexico. Bobs main areas of practice include representing affordable housing/multifmaily housing developers in all aspects of the financing, development, ownership and operation phases of their business.
