Wesley M. Hightower

Wes Hightower is a founding partner of the firm. During his more than twenty-five year career, he has tried numerous cases to verdict, ranging from smaller vehicular collisions to large complex commercial disputes. Additionally, he has prosecuted personal injury cases yielding multi-million dollar settlements and defended multi-million dollar cases to verdict. His primary practice areas include commercial litigation; insurance defense litigation; personal injury and wrongful death litigation, including premises liability, products liability, and automobile and trucking liability; and medical malpractice. Wes is AV rated by Martindale Hubbell and has for numerous years been recognized as a Top Attorney in Tarrant County by Fort Worth Magazine, as well as a Texas Super Lawyer by Law and Politics Magazine. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern, Eastern, Southern, and Western Districts, as well as the United States Supreme Court. Wes graduated from Texas Tech University, where he earned his business degree while he was a three-year starter for the Red Raider football team.
