ABOUT DAVID LUNINGHAMDavid received his undergraduate and law degrees from Baylor University. He is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. David is licensed in both Texas and Oklahoma. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern, Northern and Southern District of Texas and is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Tarrant County Bar Association and the Texas Association of Defense Counsel. David has earned the AV rating by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory. David served for 6 years as a member of the District 7A Grievance Committee, three years as panel chair. David is a partner in the firm.
