Michael Dement

Michael Dement Michael D. Dement was born and raised in North Texas. He attended Arlington High School, and then attended law school at Texas Tech University. In law school he and Allen Roach participated heavily together in Mock Trial Competitions. “Even in law school, my passion has always been in the court room”, he says. He graduated law school from Texas Tech in 2002. Michael began his legal career working, in Texas, as a prosecutor, where he tried cases on a weekly basis. Michael took his trial experience and moved into civil litigation representing large corporations. As a civil litigator, Michael worked on multi-million dollar cases all over the United States. Michael was licensed to practice law in Louisiana in 2006, and Arkansas in 2008. After five years of representing large companies, he had enough. He decided to use his civil and criminal expertise to help normal people who needed someone on their side. “I believe my experience as a prosecutor and civil defense attorney gives me special insight in handling my cases.
