Rohan Rupani

Rohan Ro Rupani has been practicing law in Georgia for more than twelve years. For most of that time he has represented creditors, including independent financing and leasing companies, banks, credit unions, landlords and homeowner associations, in both commercial and consumer litigation and collections, real estate foreclosure, and tort litigation. Mr. Rupani has a stellar record in the courtroom, and extensive experience with depositions, motion practice and discovery, and held Senior Associate and Managing Attorney positions in each firm he has been a part of since 2016. He utilizes that expertise to provide diligent and conscientious representation for clients on cases and collections throughout the state of Georgia.
