He has particularly extensive experience representing commercial banks and leasing companies in the negotiation, enforcement, and defense of secured commercial lending. Rudy is admitted to practice in all federal bankruptcy courts in Oklahoma, as well as courts in Arkansas, Delaware, Florida and Texas, and has represented individuals and various legal entities in a myriad of debtor and creditor bankruptcy matters over the course of his career.
