Biography Roger Rinehart has been a partner with the law firm of Rinehart, Rinehart & Rinehart, P. C. in El Reno, Oklahoma since August of 1989 and has served as the City Attorney for the City of El Reno since 2001 and for the City of Yukon since 2021. El Reno Mobile Meals, Historic Fort Reno, Inc. Professionally, Roger has served as president, vice-president, secretary, and Law Day Chairman of the Canadian County Bar Association. He was appointed as an Associate Bar Examiner by the Oklahoma Supreme Court in 1997 and as a Board Member of the Oklahoma Board of bar Examiners in 2012, and his appointment has been renewed annually since that time. Roger is licensed to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the U. S. Court of Federal Claims, Washington, D. C.; and United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma. Recognition for his accomplishments include being selected as a recipient of the American Hometown Leaders Award sponsored by the National Association of Towns and Townships, receiving a Special Achievement Award from the United States Department of Labor, receiving a Citation of Merit from the Oklahoma State Historic Preservation Office, the Sevenson Meritoreous Service Award by the El Reno Chamber of Commerce, being appointed as an Oklahoma Ambassador by Governor Henry Bellmon, and being selected as El Reno Main Street Board Member of the Year.
