He focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactional and dispute matters with a focus on the purchase, sale, financing, leasing, and development of commercial real estate. Since 1989, he has effectively closed many complex real estate transactions, leases and loans for his clients. Viewed as a problem solver and trouble shooter by his peers, Mr. Boutzoukas has assisted his clients and partners through complicated real estate disputes. As a pragmatic and trusted advisor, he provides counsel to his commercial real estate investment, developer, lender, and borrower clients in connection with negotiating a range of real estate financial transactions. Mr. Boutzoukas understands that every transaction is unique and works closely with clients from the earliest conceptual stages, through negotiation, development and completion of their projects. He uses his extensive experience to provide creative legal solutions to complex real estate challenges.
