John C. Clark

Bio Practice Areas Education News and Insights John P. Clark (JP) is an associate in the cybersecurity practice in the firms Philadelphia office. He assists clients through his quick and effective response to data security events. Mr. Clark works with organizations of all sizes and across all industry sectors to mitigate the impact of data privacy and cybersecurity incidents. He efficiently coordinates the investigation and response of any cyber-related incident, while ensuring that his clients remain compliant with all federal, state, local, international and industry-specific data privacy laws and regulations. Prior to joining Cipriani & Werner, Mr. Clark worked as a Judicial Extern for the Hon. Mark A. Kearney of the U. S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. There, he researched, drafted and edited legal opinions on complex federal issues such as trade secrets, fiduciary duty, diversity jurisdictions, and 1983 claims. Mr. Clark is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, as well as the U. S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He received his B.
