Jared M. Scott Jared M. Scott is a third-generation attorney and partner at Scott & Scott, P. C., following grandfather, Robert F. Scott, uncle, R. Stephen Scott and father, Gregory A. Scott. Jared is an experienced trial lawyer who has practiced in Chicago and Springfield, IL since 2001. Throughout his career, Jared has achieved successful results for his clients through trial, mediation, arbitration, and settlement. He has an extensive litigation background, representing a wide variety of clients from large corporations to minor children; achieving successful results for clients at all levels. In Chicago. He also worked as a prosecutor for the City of Chicagos Traffic Division. Jared received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Illinois in 1998 and his Juris Doctor from The John Marshall Law School in 2001. He is admitted to the Illinois Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the Central District of Illinois.
