Jims practice concentrates on advising entrepreneurs and business owners on business matters; succession planning; real estate law; and all aspects of business law. In addition, Jim is an experienced estate planner and probate lawyer, who has counseled a wide variety of clients with both simple and complex estate planning, including wills, trusts, tax planning, and gifting.
