David Sockol

David J. Sockol, Esquire David J. Sockol practices in the areas of general business transactions, banking, employment litigation and real estate. He is a 1986 graduate of Emory University and a 1989 graduate of Stetson University College of Law. Mr. Sockol was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1989, and he is also admitted to practice before the U. S. District Court, Middle District and Southern District of Florida, U. S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit, and the U. S. Supreme Court. Mr. Sockol was born in Manhattan, New York and resides in St. Petersburg with his two children. He graduated from the Leadership St. Pete program and has served on the Board of Directors of the Sunshine City Jaycees as well as the Suncoast Epilepsy Association. Mr. Sockol is currently a member of the St. Petersburg Bar Association, the Clearwater Bar Association, Pinellas County Trial Lawyers Association, and the Contractors and Builders Association.
