Mr. Hernandez earned his Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology from Florida International University in 2008. He went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern Universitys Shepard Broad College of Law in 2012, where he also participated in the Pro Bono Honors Program. With over 14 years of legal experience, Mr. Hernandez brings a well-rounded background to his personal injury practice, having previously worked in various areas of law including criminal defense, foreclosure defense, immigration, bankruptcy, and first-party property insurance litigation; representing policyholders in disputes against insurance companies. Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Daniel met his wife during college, and the two went on to study law together before launching their careers in their respective fields. Outside the office, Daniel enjoys spending quality time with his wife and children, especially out on the water. Hes also an avid fan of all Miami sports teams.
