Patrick R. Baird Founder and Managing Partner Patrick Baird was born and raised in Springfield, Missouri. At a very young age, Patrick knew that he wanted to be an attorney and help people fight for their rights. Upon graduating from the University of Missouri - Kansas City Law School, Patrick worked as a prosecuting attorney in Cass County, Missouri. Patrick successfully tried multiple cases to juries, including two of the top 20 defense verdicts in the State of Missouri as recorded by Missouri Lawyers Weekly while at the Attorney Generals Office. In 2014, Patrick returned to his hometown of Springfield, Missouri, to continue his work, focusing on the areas of family law, business litigation and personal injury. Patrick has continued to try multiple cases to both juries and judges.
