William Howard Meyer

Bill is a veteran litigator with extensive experience handling complex matters in federal and state courts. He focuses his practice on representing clients in civil and commercial litigation, with an emphasis on creditor rights, lender liability and business disputes. His practice also extends to real estate and construction law, employment litigation, medical malpractice and personal injuries. Bills representation extends to a diverse range of industries, including financial services, chemical and aviation manufacturing, health care and insurance. His clients include property owners, developers, construction firms, financial institutions and major corporations. Earlier in his career, Bill served as a member of the U. S. Navy Judge Advocate Generals Corps, where he practiced criminal law and served as a Special Assistant U. S. Attorney. He also served as a staff judge advocate to the San Diego Naval Base Commander and for Submarine Squadron 11.
