My law firm was founded by Marshall Schweitzer in 1990. Shortly after, Marshalls daughter, Darlene Schweitzer-Ramras, joined the firm as an Associate Attorney. As our client base and the demand for more Probate, Estate Planning & Family Law services grew throughout Florida, I joined the firm, bringing my experience in Probate, Estate Planning & Family Law, divorce, child support, custody, and real estate law. This allowed us to expand our ability to serve clients at our Florida offices. I became the sole partner after the tragic loss of Darlene Schweitzer-Ramras in 2012 and have been serving as the Managing Partner ever since.
