About Kevin A. Easley Kevin Allen Easley was born in Cassville, Missouri in March 1973. He received a B. S. degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance & Banking, and a minor in Economics from the University of Missouri - Columbia in 1995. He received his Juris Doctorate in 1998 from the University of Missouri - Columbia where he was a member of the Missouri Law Review. He was admitted to the Kansas bar in 1998 and the Missouri bar in 1999. Upon graduating from law school, Kevin joined the law firm of Shook, Hardy & Bacon, L. L. P. (SHB) in Kansas City, Missouri. While at SHB, Kevin was a member of the business litigation group which focused on defending corporations on various issues such as anti-trust, insurance coverage and defense, contract disputes and environmental compliance. During his tenure at SHB, Kevin represented many Fortune 500 companies such as Kraft Foods, Inc., American Airlines, Inc., CNA Life Insurance Co., Utili Corp United, Inc. and the Union Pacific Railroad. In July 2001, Kevin joined the law firm that is now known as Roberts & Easley, LLC. Since joining the firm, Kevin has focused his practice on family law and estate planning. Kevin currently resides in Ozark, Missouri with his wife Melisa, and three children Jadyn, Jace and Jett.
