Kimberly Sims has represented property owners, property management, and landlords for her entire 20+ year legal career. Ms. Sims attempts to resolve disputes before they escalate into litigation and implements practical solutions to avoid litigation when possible. But when its not possible, she aggressively pursues her clients claims and defends their interests in litigation. She represents commercial, retail, and muti-family owners and managers in lease disputes, evictions, eviction appeals, right of reentry and repair and remedy cases, commercial lockouts, tenant bankruptcies, and government investigations and actions, including fair housing and discrimination complaints.
