Richard E. Briansky

Richs practice focuses primarily on litigating and trying construction related matters for general contractors and construction managers. For many clients, he also serves as in-house counsel, advising GC/CMs and other businesses in order to achieve their strategic business goals. In addition, Richs practice extends to real estate litigation and he represents a small group of corporate clients and developers in general commercial litigation matters. In the last four years, Rich has appeared and argued in six consumer finance-related cases before the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, Vermont Supreme Court, and First Circuit Court of Appeals. Rich is a member of the Boston Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association, NAIOP, the AGC of Massachusetts and the Construction Industries of Massachusetts. From 2021 to 2023, Rich has named to Boston Magazines Top Lawyers list in Construction Litigation, and he is recognized by Massachusetts Super Lawyers. Rich received his J. D. from the Boston University School of Law and his B. A. from Clark University.
