Brett Richard Corson

Brett Corson Brett Corson is a partner at Sweeney Merrigan Law, LLP, where he focuses on catastrophic injury and death cases, medical malpractice, and complex litigation. He is an experienced trial attorney for both plaintiffs and defendants, and a perennial Super Lawyers award winner. Brett is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire, cum laude, and Chapman University School of Law, where he was President of the Mock Trial Team. Prior to joining Sweeney Merrigan, Brett was a partner with an AmLaw200 law firm where he represented Fortune 100 companies, individuals, and professionals in high stakes litigation. Brett is a proud member of the United States Coast Guard, where he serves as a Reserve JAG Officer. He is an outdoorsman, father, husband, and annual participant in the Pan Mass Challenge.
