Kevin O'Sullivan

Kevin T. OSullivan is an attorney at Cohen Pollock Merlin Turner in Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. OSullivan belongs to the firms family wealth planning group and focuses his practice on fiduciary litigation. He also handles business litigation matters, representing clients throughout the Atlanta region. A licensed attorney for over 20 years, Mr. OSullivan is experienced in litigation and alternative dispute resolution. He is active in the Atlanta Bar Association and the State Bar of Georgia, participating in Estate Planning & Probate and Litigation sections and serving in leadership roles with those groups. He is also a member of the Atlanta Estate Planning Council, the Estate Planning Council of North Georgia, and the Lawyers Club of Atlanta. Mr. OSullivan is passionate about serving his community. He speaks at various continuing legal education courses and volunteers his time on a pro bono basis to nonprofit organizations and educational institutions throughout Atlanta. He has served on the boards of Grant Park Conservancy and Wesley International Academy, and the local school council of Morningside Elementary School. Mr. OSullivan graduated cum laude with a bachelors degree from the State University of New York at Potsdam. He earned a masters degree in linguistics from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his law degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law.
