White Bryan Turner

Bryan Turner brings a wide range of experience to Polsinelli. He represents lenders and borrowers in documenting commercial loans, including asset-based loans and cash flow financing transactions and lenders in life insurance premium financing transactions. He has also represented borrowers and lenders in documenting, negotiating and completing due diligence for real estate-secured loans, including conduit loans. Prior to joining Polsinelli, Bryan was associate legal counsel for a real estate private equity firm, where he managed outside lender counsel in connection with loan enforcement throughout the United States; performed due diligence for the purchase of commercial loans and real estate; drafted documentation for and negotiated commercial and residential real estate sales and leases, loan sales, and various workout structures; represented the developer in commercial real estate-secured loans, including acquisition and development loans; and negotiated real estate listing and broker agreements, management agreements, consulting agreements, confidentiality agreements and construction contracts. Previously, Bryan worked as a special servicing asset manager at the nations largest third-party loan servicer, where he represented CMBS trusts and FDIC receiverships in all aspects of loan workouts.
