Ethan Klepetar

Ethans legal practice is focused on real estate, business law, nonprofit law, and commercial financing. He works with a variety of clients, including individuals, businesses, and nonprofits. Ethan has experience handling multi-million dollar commercial financing transactions representing both banks and borrowers. He also handles the purchase and sale of businesses and works extensively with clients on organizational, structural and governance matters, as well various contract issues. Ethan serves as Vice President of the Board of Trustees for the Berkshire Museum, serves on the Board of the Berkshire Taconic Foundation, and is a member of the Central Berkshire Fund Committee of the Berkshire Taconic Community Foundation. He acts as pro-bono legal counsel to the Berkshire Immigrant Center, where he has served in the past as chair of the Advisory Board. In his hometown of Becket, Mass., he serves as the Town Moderator. Ethan is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts. He earned his law degree from the University of Minnesota (J. D. 2007), and his undergraduate degree from Brandeis University (B. A., 2004).
