David Claus

In 2008, Dave joined forces with the then existing law firm of Lange & DeVine Law Offices, LLC, which included attorneys Mike Lange and Anne Lange DeVine to form Lange, DeVine & Claus, LLC. Anne and Dave then merged with Gordon Law LLC in 2017 forming Lange Gordon Rannigan & Claus LLC, that includes current law partners Anne Lange DeVine, Bryan Rannigan and David Claus. Dave grew up in Seneca County and graduated from Bellevue Senior High School in 1991. He graduated from Bowling Green State University in 1995 with a BA in Psychology and History minor. Dave obtained his law degree from the University of Akron School of Law and was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1999. Dave has previous legal experience through private practice in Bellevue, Sandusky, Vermilion, and Tiffin, Ohio. As a partner of Lange Gordon Rannigan & Claus LLC, Daves areas of practice include Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Creditor Representation, Corporate, and Civil Litigation. Dave and his wife Shelley reside in Bellevue, Ohio with their three children.
