He joined Ford, Parshall & Baker in 2015. Tyler actively practices all aspects of civil litigation, including claim and case evaluation, conducting and defending depositions, discovery preparation and response, motion practice, oral argument, trial preparation, trial strategy, expert retention, and courtroom presentation. Tylers practice includes representation of litigants in health care litigation, including representation of clients in medical negligence and wrongful death cases. He also represents clients in litigation matters involving fraternities or sororities, homeowners or condominium associations, premises liability, insurance defense, and general tort liability. Tylers practice is client focused. He works with clients to explain the litigation process and answer questions while pursuing a preferred and timely resolution of the matter.
