Sidney Shams

Sidney H. Shams is a co-founder of the Shams Law Firm. He is a known leader in the practice of Commercial Matters, Real Estate and Probate & Trust Administration. In addition to representing corporate clients in business matters, Sid also represents clients in Estate Administration, contested probates, trust matters, land use and zoning matters, development of commercial and residential real estate, formation of office park and homeowners associations, and real estate foreclosures (lenders.)Sid also handles complex commercial transactions. He has substantial experience representing clients in various businesses including medical health related services, restaurants, retail and commercial centers.
